252.21 To receive apologies.
Apologies were received and accepted from Cllr S Blackburn and Cllr P Phillips. Cllr M Greenhalgh did not attend.
253.21 To receive declarations of interest in accordance with the localism Act 2011.
Cllr N Cooper declared an interest in item 4 in relation to the Windmill, Burgh le Marsh as he his Chairman of Heritage Committee.
254.21 To note general correspondence.
Application: S/023/02082/20. Full Planning Permission: siting of an additional 34no. static caravans with associated decking, sheds and low-level lighting and construction of internal access roads. Location: Cathchwater Meadow, Orby Road, Burgh le Marsh, Skegness, Lincolnshire E24 5JD
Application: S/023/01544/20. Listed Building Consent – alterations to the existing building to provide a new door. Location: 9 Church Street, Burgh le Marsh, Skegness, PE24 5LB.
Application: S/023/01653/20. Full planning permission received – change of use, conversion and extension to the existing agricultural building to be used under class B8 (storage or distribution) of the Town Country (use classes) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2020 and provision of associated car parking and service area, and alterations to vehicular access. Location: Field Farm, Station Road, Burgh le Marsh, Skegness, Lincolnshire PE24 5ES.
Application: S/023/02133/20. Full Planning Permission – Change of use of land for the siting of 23 no. additional lodge caravans with associated sheds, decking, parking, and lighting. Location: Faulkers Fish Farm, Faulkers Lane, Burgh le Marsh, Skegness, PE24 5HW.
255.21 LCC Reference: PL/0002/21. Development: to regularise demolitions undertaken to make safe the building, the installation of a temporary cap, and for the rebuilding of the granary building. Location: Burgh le Marsh Windmill, High Street Burgh le Marsh,
Cllr J Moss took Chair of the Meeting.
After discussion, it was Resolved to support the application. It was noted that work has commenced and it will be good to see the windmill restored.
25621 Application: S/023/02186/20. Application: Mr. A BoultonProposal: Planning permission – alterations to the existing building to provide replacement UPVC windows and a door to the front elevation. Location: 41 High Street, Burgh le Marsh, Skegness, PE24 4JP
Cllr N Cooper re-took chair of the meeting.
Council noted the application. After discussion, it was unanimously resolved to support the application as the plan is for the replacement to be of the same design. Plastic is more practical and easier to maintain.
It was also Proposed and Resolved to list on a future full council agenda the requirements of the conservation area within the village.
There being no further business the meeting closed at 7.22 pm.
